Time for a Habitat family story! 
Whitney (left) and her two children moved into their new Habitat home in December 2019. Now, she’s giving back to the program that helped her family and is volunteering as a Family Mentor to support our next Habitat Homebuyer, Cherry (right). **Photo was taken prior to COVID-19**
Whitney: “I continued my relationship with Habitat because I feel I owe my time back! The feeling of people helping me provide a better life for me and my children is the same feeling I would like others to experience.”
Whitney & Cherry were already friends and neighbors prior to Whitney moving into her Habitat home.
Cherry: “Whitney will always be a blessing to me. Not just as my friend and former neighbor, but now as my mentor. She is an angel sent from God to help me on this path.”
